Cancellations: Standard item orders must be cancelled before shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Our honey is raw, natural, and packaged with care in glass jars — as nature intended. At Indirooted, once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the situations outlined below, we are happy to work with our customers to find a fair and amicable solution for all parties.

You have received a damaged item, or

An incorrect product was sent.
1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, we will be happy to promptly re-send and replace it.

Notification Timeline: Please notify us within 2 days from the delivery date via email at indirooted@gmail.com

Email Requirements: Include your order number, image of the invoice, 1 photo of the outer box, 2 clear product images, and an unboxing video showing the damaged product.

Multiple Item Orders: Only the affected item(s) can be returned and replaced.

Resolution Timeline: Replacements will be dispatched within 7–10 days after claim approval.

2. Missing Product
If your order is missing an item, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.

Refunds: We are unable to accept refund requests for missing products, but we will ensure prompt replacement.

3. Spoiled Product
If you believe the product is spoiled, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution.

Email Requirements: Include your order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the product.

Important Note: Variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma do not qualify as spoilage. Our products are natural and handcrafted, so no two batches are identical. We never compromise on production quality, ingredients, or nutritional value.

Resolution: Product replacement will be made after due investigation and diligence. We assure a fair and transparent outcome.

Important Notes

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

For gift hampers, individual items cannot be returned separately.
